These terms of sale apply to purchases of TellATell Plus subscription through tellatell.com.
The buyer is the person who places the order and subscribes to TellATell Plus. The buyer must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make purchases. By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms they have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
TellATell Plus is a premium subscription service that provides enhanced features for the TellATell anonymous messaging platform.

TellATell Plus is offered as a subscription service with recurring payments.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through:
When you cancel, your Plus features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free version.
Payment is processed securely through Vipps MobilePay and/or other supported payment providers.
All prices include VAT (MVA) where applicable.
TellATell Plus is a digital service delivered electronically.
In accordance with Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract (the day you subscribed).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email) to:

You may use the following text: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my TellATell Plus subscription. Date of subscription: [DATE]. Name: [YOUR NAME]. Email registered: [YOUR EMAIL]."
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Important: By starting to use TellATell Plus (e.g., using sender hints, accessing analytics, or applying custom themes), you expressly consent to the digital content being delivered and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you have started using the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service used.
As TellATell Plus is a digital subscription service, traditional return policies for physical products do not apply.
If there is a defect or issue with your TellATell Plus subscription, you have the right to file a complaint.
You should report any issues or defects as soon as possible. For digital services, complaints should generally be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the issue.

These terms of sale are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
