4. User Content & Conduct
4.1 Your Content

- If you are logged in while sending tells, your account is linked internally for safety purposes

- Recipients cannot see sender identity for anonymous tells, but administrators may access it for moderation

6. Premium Subscriptions (TellATell Plus)
6.1 Subscription Terms
TellATell Plus is a premium subscription that provides additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
- Prices may change with notice; changes apply at the next billing cycle
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Plus features until then.
6.3 No Refunds Policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused time, and accidental purchases. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Forgetting to cancel before the billing date
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms violation
- Technical issues or service interruptions
By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

- We may delete your account and content
- Any outstanding subscription payments remain non-refundable
